Ben and Drapery Street Carmel did an excellent job with my window coverings today. He arrived on time with an assistant to help him assemble the parts. He installed plantation shutters in 3 rooms and on a slider. In addition, he installed Roman shades on 3 windows and a valence with a pull down blind on another slider. When he realized the slider with the shutters was going to take more time than he had planned, he called in an additional installer to help so he could finished in the promised time. Ben was friendly, efficient, and on task the entire time. I highly recommend him and Drapery Street Carmel.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! Drapery Street has a “Customer First” attitude and it is refreshing. Even the installation process went off without a hitch. Ben, their installer, was professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of our new home. He even took his shoes off upon entering our home and placed a protective blanket on our hardwood floors! I highly recommend Drapety Street for all your window treatment and drapery needs!!!

From the moment we met Carolyn she was immediately helpful and quickly sorted out what we needed, didn’t try to upsell anything, fast, friendly, efficient and super knowledgeable! When the blinds arrived for the install, Ben and Ryan were amazing getting everything to perfection. Everyone at Drapery Street is so professional yet so kind and they really listen to you and give you exactly what you want. Carolyn showed us many ways we could save money here and there and not use expensive stuff where we didn’t need it. Ben and Ryan were so enjoyable to have around my house, the install does take a long time, but I was happy the entire time they were there, tweaking everything till it was perfect. You get the feeling that you can call them anytime and they would rush over to help you for the rest of your life. Just a terrific company overall!!

Drapery street did a 10/10 perfect job on my custom Roman shades, valances, and blinds. They measured extremely carefully so everything fit perfectly upon installation. The quality of the materials is also exceptional.
